DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer reliable shipping across the UAE and internationally to ensure your PEPLUM pieces reach you promptly.
UAE Delivery:
- Same Day delivery on weekdays for orders received by 3 pm: AED 25
- Next Day delivery on weekdays for orders received after 3 pm: AED 25
- Next Working Day delivery for orders received on weekends: AED 25
- Free Shipping on orders over AED 499
International Delivery:
- GCC Countries: 4-7 business days
- Rest of World: 7-14 business days
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination
Order Processing
Orders received by 2 pm are typically processed on the same day on weekdays and on the next working day on weekends. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your PEPLUM purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@peplum.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the return (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability, within 7 days of receiving your order. Follow the same process as returns and specify your exchange preference.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@peplum.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
