DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer reliable shipping across the UAE and internationally to ensure your PEPLUM pieces reach you promptly.

UAE Delivery:

  • Same Day delivery on weekdays for orders received by 3 pm: AED 25
  • Next Day delivery on weekdays for orders received after 3 pm: AED 25
  • Next Working Day delivery for orders received on weekends: AED 25 
  • Free Shipping on orders over AED 499

International Delivery:

  • GCC Countries: 4-7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Processing

Orders received by 2 pm are typically processed on the same day on weekdays and on the next working day on weekends. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your PEPLUM purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@peplum.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the return (customer responsible for return shipping costs)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability, within 7 days of receiving your order. Follow the same process as returns and specify your exchange preference.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@peplum.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
